Marketers from Facebook who design ads for advertisers can ask them to switch over to higher end product in which Facebook would be designing or hosting themes based on their products. This product theme will have a separate scroll area where advertisers (after buying rights from Facebook) can scroll latest development happening in their company or the latest offers with which company is coming out. Through above setup Facebook gets fees for hosting personalized theme as well as providing a scrolling space. At the same time business enterprise can keep users interested in them through latest offers.
For example producers of a movie can get themes, based on their upcoming movie, designed on Facebook. In scrolling area latest stories happening on the sets can be posted. Fans who often want to know every movie details would enjoy facts and stories on the movie sets, during production. Before release of the movie (before preview) a competition can be organized. It would be based on facts scrolled during the production stage. Winner of this competition (Facebook user) gets to watch the movie along with the movie star during the preview. This would be a nice experience for a fan and would also offer publicity to the movie.

Facebook can have a creative segment in their site where users are welcomed to upload their original creative works like photographs, picture of their original arts, sculptures, etc. Provision should be provided in the case when someone else likes their work they can buy it by directly contacting them. This can be done covering the whole world as well as on local basis. This feature would generate more traffic on Facebook.

This would give an idea to business enterprise where to advertise next. For example vote for best eating joint in particular area. This keeps local users interested as well as also helps tourists.

Facebook marketers should promote an idea of their (Facebook's) personalized theme to user. When 5 users use this theme continuously for 15 days, Facebook plants a tree. To attain this target on larger scale it can partner with other local players who put their ads on the networking website. As this project is world beneficial both partners can apply for tax benefit from the government.

Facebook should promote its users to provide details of local charity homes where donation can be made by other Facebook users (local or distant) in form of clothes, books, electric appliances, either new or old.

Marketers should invite Facebook users to provide details of product used by them. Best review should be awarded by the marketers in some form of gifts.

Facebook marketers and marketing enterprises should promote its users to come out with ideas, which can be sold to right company with approval of person who conceived the idea. Like one liners for T-shirts.
Step 10
Marketers who promote their product or activity through "likes" should always change their posts and often come out with posts which make user think in new direction, not old thoughts. This keeps everyone's interested.
Setup based on above ideas would work for everyone once it is applied with honesty and true intention of fulfilling claimed commitments.
